Born into a family of carpenters, Eli has always been around real estate of every kind. From a young age there has always been a desire to be involved, just not swinging hammers. In 2022 that dream became a reality by starting KMD Property Solutions.

With a wife, Ashley, and a young daughter, Kinsley (the KMD behind KMD Property Solutions), Eli was passionate about real estate, but loved to travel with his family. So birthed a passion for helping others create those same memories that he enjoys creating. His goal was to help as many families create those same memories, while helping investors achieve their goals.

Jake has spent the past 15 years in the green industry after earning a degree in Horticulture. Thanks to his parents, his passion for tractors, soil, and landscapes started at a young age and continues to drive the work he does today. Throughout his career he's worked in diverse environments across Illinois, Arizona, Wisconsin, and now N
Jake has spent the past 15 years in the green industry after earning a degree in Horticulture. Thanks to his parents, his passion for tractors, soil, and landscapes started at a young age and continues to drive the work he does today. Throughout his career he's worked in diverse environments across Illinois, Arizona, Wisconsin, and now North Dakota, gaining experience with a wide range of soils, climates, and landscape challenges. With also spending four years as a Golf Course Assistant Superintendent, where he developed a strong focus on precision turf management and attention to detail. Today, he brings that same level of passion back to the KMD Property Solutions team, focusing on healthy turf, balanced landscapes, and results that last.
